  5. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
  6. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Alpha Centauri your use of this
  7. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  9. For information on distributing the trial version of AC Olap Table see the section titled
  10. Trial Version.

  12. Registered Version

  14. One registered copy of AC Olap Table may be installed on a single workstation only.
  15. You may access the registered version of AC Olap Table through a network, provided that you
  16. have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access
  17. the software through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations will access
  18. AC Olap Table on the network, each workstation must have its own AC Olap Table license,
  19. regardless of whether they use AC Olap Table at different times or concurrently.

  21. Trial Version

  23. The trial version of AC Olap Table may be installed on as many workstations as required.
  24. The trial period extends to 1 month unless otherwise agreed with Alpha Centauri. After this
  25. trial period all copies of the AC Olap Table must be destroyed.

  29. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO 
  30. PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because
  31. of the various hardware and software environments into which AC Olap Table may be put,
  32. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
